• 15% amount will be non-refundable, If you cancel within 60 days before departure.

• Cancellations made 31 days or more before departure: Booking amount is non-refundable, credit note issued for the remaining amount.

• Cancellations made 30 to 16 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost is charged, credit note for the balance.

• Cancellations made within 15 days of departure: 100% of the tour cost is charged.

• Airfare cancellation charges will apply as per actuals.

• No refunds for non-refundable services included in the package.

• Cancellation policy is non-negotiable and 5% GST will be charged on the total cancellation amount.

• Cancellations made 46 days or more before departure: Booking amount is non-refundable, credit note for the remaining amount.

• Cancellations made 45 to 31 days before departure: 60% of the tour cost is charged, credit note for the rest.

• Cancellations made 30 to 21 days before departure: 80% of the tour cost is charged.

• Cancellations made within 20 days of departure: 100% of the tour cost is charged.

• Airfare cancellation charges apply as per actuals.

• No refunds on non-refundable services in the package.

• 5% GST will be applicable on the total cancellation amount.
