2 Days Bir Billing Adventure: A Paraglider’s Paradise in Himachal

Bir village (elevation 1400m) in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, is world-renowned for paragliding. The nearby Billing take-off point, 14 km uphill and 1000m higher, hosts major events like the Paragliding World Cup. Experienced pilots often fly to Dharamshala, Mandi, and Manali. Bir also has a significant Tibetan exile community, with several monasteries and institutes attracting international visitors.

How Your Itinerary Will Look -

Inclusions

✔ Entire travel as per the itinerary. (From Delhi to Bir & Bir to Delhi it will be in Semi-sleeper Volvo

& for the internal transfer it will be in Sumo/Tempo).

✔ 3 meals will be provided throughout the trip. 2 meal on Day 1 (Breakfast + Dinner) + 1 meals on

Day 2 (Breakfast)

✔ Accommodation in Swiss camps/Hotel at Bir.

✔ Paragliding cost from Billing to Bir.

✔ Team captain throughout the trip.

✘ GST (5%) is applicable extra.

✘ Glider’s tip or charges for Video/photos while paragliding.

✘ Any other costing involved due to any kind of natural calamity, forced circumstances which are

✘ Insurance of Rs 150/- Cash will be collected at the time of Paragliding as per new Authority

Guidelines.

DAY 1Paragliding & Bir Local Sightseeing (self)

Start from Delhi in the evening on Day 0.
Reach Bir by morning.
After breakfast, get ready for the FLY of your life.
Visit Bir local market for shopping and explore local restaurants/cafes offering Tibetan cuisine.
Optional: Rent mountain bikes (not included) to explore the monasteries.
Dinner by the bonfire and overnight stay in Bir.

DAY 2Hike to Gunehar Waterfall and Departure

After early breakfast, check out of the campsite.
Hike to the sparkling Gunehar Waterfall hidden in the hills.
After lunch and some relaxation, board the bus back to Delhi for an overnight journey.
