How Your Itinerary Will Look -

DAY 1 Arrival in Sri Lanka. Transfer to Anuradhapura via Chilaw. Arrive in Sri Lanka and clear your immigration and visa formalities at the airport.Meet your chauffeur and board your vehicle for the journey.On the way, we will seek the blessings of Lord Shiva at the Munneswaram & Manavari Temple in Chilaw.Reach Anuradhapura, check-in and further we will head out for sightseeing as the place houses some ancient monasteries, palaces and monuments.Overnight stay in Anuradhapura.

DAY 2 Anuradhapura to Jaffna via Mannar. After an early breakfast, get ready for the day.We will travel to Mannar which is the closest port town to India across the famous Ram Setu.We will take a short stopover here and visit the famous Thirukethiswaram Temple which is Sri Lanka’s end point of Ram Setu.Reach Jaffna - a beautiful coastal town in the north of Sri Lanka.Overnight stay in Jaffna.

DAY 3 Jaffna to Trincomalee. Temple Tour Day. Have your breakfast early and start the temple tour day.First, we will visit the Nallur Kandaswamy Temple which is dedicated to Lord Murugan (another name for Kartikeya).Next, we will travel further toward the northern tip to visit the Naguleswarm Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.We will then travel to the Thiru Koneswaram temple, which is located on the Eastern coast atop Swami Rock overlooking the blue ocean.Overnight stay in Trincomalee.

DAY 4 Trincomalee to Kandy via Dambulla Cave. Have an early breakfast at the hotel and start your day.We will first travel to Dambulla to explore the Dambulla Cave Temple - a UNESCO World Heritage Site that can be accessed by climbing 300 stairs.We will also pay homage to the Golden Buddha Statue located at the foothills of these caves.Reach the Sacred City of Kandy - a UNESCO World Heritage Site.Here, we will visit the temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, where the left canine tooth of Gautama Buddha is enshrined.We will enjoy the evening by watching a special cultural dance performance of Kandy with local instruments and costumes.Overnight stay in Kandy.

DAY 5 Kandy to Kataragama via Nuwara Eliya. Temple Tour Day. Post breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Kataragama.On the way we will visit the Sri Baktha Hanuman Temple on a small hilltop 30 km from Nuwara Eliya.Further, we will seek the blessings of goddess Sita at the Seetha Amman Temple, one of the important shrines of the Ramayana circuit in Sri Lanka.We will travel further south-east, to visit the Kataragama temple which is a sacred site to Hindus, Buddhist and Muslim pilgrims as well.Overnight stay in Kataragama.

DAY 6 Kataragama to Colombo via Galle. Colombo City Tour. After your breakfast at the hotel, get ready to start your day.On the way we will take a short stopover at the coastal city of Galle with Portuguese influence.Explore the Galle Fort which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its beautiful architecture and history.Next, board your transfers to Colombo - the capital city.Check-in and we will then begin our Colombo city tour which will take us through the major attractions in the city.We have planned this evening for you to indulge in a shopping spree.Overnight stay in Colombo.

DAY 7 Departure with a lot of memories to cherish. After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the airport for your onward journey.Your tour concludes once we drop you off at the airport.
